GETTING THERE
Bintan lsland is the largest of 3,200 islands in the Riau Archipelago and the third largest of twenty seven provinces in Indonesia. Located at the crossroads of one of the world¡¯s oldest and busiest maritime trading routes, Bintan has provided a safe haven to traders and sailors from Europe, India and China for over a century. Now a haven to holiday makers, getting to Bintan Lagoon Resort is easy; just 55 minutes by high speed ferry from Singapore¡¯s Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. On arrival to Bintan Island, you will be met by our friendly guest relations team and board one of our air-conditioned coaches for a 20 minutes complimentary land transfer to the resort.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Check in Time: 3pm Bintan time (1hour behind Singapore time). Standard check out time is 12 noon.
Child Policy: Up to two children under the age of twelve years may share a room using existing bedding for no additional charge. Extra bed charges are SGD$50++ per night and are inclusive of buffet breakfast.
Climate: Delightfully tropical from April to October. The dress code is resort style and is relaxed. Smart casual dress is recommended for dinner.
Language: English is widely spoken through out the resort.
Currency & Payments: Indonesian Rupiah and Singapore Dollars are accepted, as are all major credit cards. Credit card transactions are charged in Indonesian Rupiah at the hotel¡¯s current billing rate. Additionally, the hotel provides foreign exchange services.
Electricity: 220V-50Hz. The hotel has a range of adaptors available for guest use.

In addition to a great view, these rooms also have the added benefits of; iron and ironing board, traditional sala day lounge with lounge cushions, and upgraded bathroom amenities.
Deluxe Garden Terrace ( 37 sqm + Balcony Space 30 sqm)
The Deluxe Garden Terraces located on the ground level are ideal for families. Each of these 60 rooms provides guests with a private wooden terraced balcony, with sun lounges and an umbrella. They have been refurbished in the same style as the Deluxe Sea Facing Rooms located on higher floors. |
