Singapore PDF & Fuel Surcharge of S$20/pax (subject to change)
Batam Terminal Fee of S$7/pax (subject to change)
Batam Immigration Express Clearance of S$2/pax (subject to minimum 10 paxs)
Batam Guide & Driver Tipping of S$2/pax/day.
Personal Insurance, Room Service, Optional Tours, Porterage Fee, Visa Fee, and all expenses of personal nature.

Southlink Tee-Off must be after 1100 hrs.
Course is closed on Monday for Maintainance(except Singapore & Indonesia PH).
Should the course be closed due the rain, NO REFUND will be made if golfer had tee-off.
Public Holiday (PH) are applicable for both Singapore and Indonesia PH.
